Terms & Conditions 



  1. Customer service is important to us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. On receipt of your order please inspect for any damage so that we can take action, should it be necessary. 

  2. Returns - Please notify us by email (contact@quartzhairandbeauty.co.uk) within 48 hours if you are unhappy with your purchase, or if there has been any damage in transit. We will endeavour to rectify the problem for you within 7 days. Quartz Hair & Beauty has a 14-day returns policy (from date of purchase). So if you are unhappy with your purchase (i.e. you have changed your mind) then you have the right to cancel your order under Consumer Protection laws. All damaged merchandise must be returned with a copy of the original purchase/shipment receipt.


  3. Returns Procedure Please contact us by email (contact@quartzhairandbeauty.co.uk) giving the reason for the return. Include your name, address and contact telephone number, along with the transaction number you were given by PAYPAL/HANDEPAY on placing your order. 


  4. Damage in Transit If goods arrive damaged you must make a note on the couriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must also be noted and it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
  5. If we make a mistake and ship the wrong goods to you, then we will apologize and, of course, accept all responsibility for the cost of returning the goods. Shortages must also be noted and it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

 
  6. When returning damaged items, please ensure they have been packed securely in order to prevent further damage.

 
  7. For undamaged items, they must be returned in their original saleable condition, with all security seals intact. Please ensure to take care that they have been packed securely.

  9. Please use registered post to ensure the safe return of your goods.
  10. When we receive the returned merchandise we will credit your card appropriately, according to the circumstances of the return. 

  11. Electrical Goods Warranty - The warranty on electrical goods is strictly a return to base agreement after 28 days of receipt. ghd offer an excellent repair/replace service which means that within 7 days your faulty item will have been repaired/replaced. Please contact us on contact@quartzhairandbeauty.co.uk if your electrical goods have a fault. All ghd styling irons come with a 2 year Warranty as standard.
  12. Risk
 - As soon as we deliver to your door, you will be responsible for your goods. We will only deliver to the address on the order. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. After the time of receipted delivery, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
